Horseback Riding
Whether you're 9 or 90, beginner or advanced, our friends at La Rancho Merced can give you and your group a fantastic riding experience on the beach and in the rainforest with well trained and cared for horses. It's a great way to exercise of course, but the slow pace through the forest will help you see all kinds of wildlife. At the end of the day, return to your own luxury retreat for a cocktail and a sleep in the hammock.
Jungle ATV
Spend a fantastic day out in the mountains, rivers and waterfalls of the southern zone with our friends at Jungle ATV. They have quad bikes and side-by-side ATVs for an incredible journey that is led by a guide. Amazing views, river crossings and delicious refreshments are just part of the experience.
Ziplining
The local Osa Canopy Zipline has 9 zipline cables, 2 repelling stations, 2 suspension bridges and an exhilarating Tarzan swing. You’ll have a group of guides leading your trip: one at the start of each cable to harness you securely on the line, and another at the end of the cable to give you a high-five!
Paragliding
The folks at Paraglide Costa Rica can take you on an unforgettable tandem paraglide off the top of the Escaleras mountain on which the Jade House is situated. From there you'll enjoy a unique flight all the way down to the beach at Dominical.
