Constructed in 2010, the Jade House is one of the most well-built, environmentally conscious and luxurious homes in all of Costa Rica.  Nestled on a hillside 1000ft up and less than a mile back from the Pacific ocean, the house was designed to promote wellness through exposure to the raw power of the rainforest, easy access to a huge range of activities, but still with a complete focus on privacy and a peaceful retreat from the modern world.  The house was built with sustainability in mind, and generates its own electricity and water supply.
