Solar & Battery Backup
The Jade House is a luxury vacation rental with a difference - it has its own dedicated 30kW state of the art photovoltaic solar system supplying all of the energy that the house and guesthouse need. There is also an 8kWh back-up battery to make sure that during power outages, the home's lights, fans and refrigerators continue to operate with zero interruption.
Natural Well & Rainwater Collection
The Jade House has all of its water supplied by a natural spring-fed well. It has a sophisticated six stage water filtration system in order to provide healthy fresh drinking water. Then in the rainy season, the house also benefits from a rainwater collection system will collects rain from the roof and pushes it through the same six stage water filtration system.
